What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Aether Systems collects through this website's consultation form and AI assistant, how it's used, and what it is not used for. It describes the site's actual behavior — nothing here is a template filled with assumptions.

Information you provide

When you submit the consultation form, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your name, company name, industry, email address, WhatsApp number, and a description of your biggest challenge. This information is used only to review your request and follow up with you about a possible consultation. It is never sold, and it is never used for anything beyond that purpose.

If you use the Aether AI assistant, the messages you type are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response, the same way any AI chat feature works. Please avoid typing sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) into the chat — it isn't designed to collect or store that, and doing so isn't necessary to get a useful answer.

Information we don't collect

This site does not use tracking cookies, does not build an advertising profile of visitors, and does not permanently store IP addresses. A visitor's IP address is used only transiently — held briefly in server memory — to prevent form and chat abuse (rate limiting), and is never written to any database or lead record.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and collects only aggregate, anonymous information — page views and a small number of named interaction events (for example, that the AI assistant was opened, or that a consultation was submitted). These events never include your name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, challenge description, or any AI conversation content.

Who processes this information

• OpenAI — processes messages you send to the Aether AI assistant, to generate a response.
• Supabase — Aether's database provider for storing consultation submissions once production credentials are configured.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics described above.

How long information is kept

Consultation submissions are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review and follow up on your request. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

You can ask what information Aether holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

This policy may be updated as the website's features change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
